| Develops detailed group work plans and schedules to fulfill site requirements.
Assigns work and monitors performance to ensure technical accuracy and adequacy of group assignment.
Implements programs, procedures, schedules, training material, and reports as required in the performance of mission support, utilizing standard operating procedures.
Prepares group members for the support of modifications, sustainment, depot-level actions and system checks.
Implement site processes that maintain objective quality evidence including configuration documentation and other records as required, handle and process associated test equipment, and logistics requirements.
Evaluates team members performance and authors performance appraisals, disciplinary actions and performance development actions.
Assists in the selection and hiring of employees, as directed by the management. Trains employees in department operations, policies and procedures. Assigns work and addresses performance issues within prescribed guidelines. Recommends team members salary increases, transfers and terminations to management.
